Thank you guys... for those who suggested a solution (one that didn't include
me firing an otherwise good service rep.)
I'm going to keep looking for any Outlook plugins that may help this. Deleting
the .nk2 file doesn't totally help my situation. It would take her more time to
send an email. W
nk2 edit, google that it may help.
