I think everyone will recomend a proxy instead of
sticking your email on a dmz. too Many holes. You may
want to specify the the ip of that machine only.

Much like Don I use a smtp proxy on a watchguard
firebox with a sendmail esk email server in it. It
works amazing and allows me to control address
attachments all in one location. I would highly
recomend this route instead.

problem becaue of my out bound settings in the IMS I

user names and passwords are the same. When I try to
connect and purposefully type the wrong user or pass
code it tells I can not acc the exchange BUT when I

smaller pieces my company has 100 workstations and we
did it in one fel swoop and tried to migrate to win 2k
