is it possible to search down the public folder tree for folder names /
email message subject lines? It seems like the adv find only searches in
the current folder.

We have Faxpress (v6.3) installed and for some reason when the faxes are
routed through exchange a copy is placed in the sent items folder of the
fax account. I checked the outlook profile that is used and the save a
copy to sent items is not checked.

I have a user who starts outlook and get at any folder he has a shortcut
to in the outlook bar, but if he tries to expand the Outlook Today folder
to get at other mail folders which do not have shortcuts on the outlook
bar gets the following message

have a few users that have corrupted folders. One of the folders is the
drafts folder. Is there any way to fix it, or do I need to save mailbox
to pst, delete it from exchange, and restore?
