connections use port 443 I spoke
to the person in charge of the firewalland they told me that nothing has
been changed. I am also able to access the default page with no problems within
our intranet. Does anyone know what could be causing this
problem?

What version of groupShield are you using? if you have Groupshield 4.5
SP1 your server will experience many problems, now Mcafee has a version
for Exchange 2000 SP1, the version is GroupShield 5 this is the one you
want to use after you apply Exchange 2000 SP1.
