Problem:
Certain outgoing mail sits in the queue of the SMTP virtual server until
it times out.
Errors in the event log report:
Event ID 4000
Message delivery to the remote domain 'domainname.com' failed for the
following reason: The remote server did not respond to a connection
attempt.
Setup:
port 25 to MX this Domains form E2k?
-No - Could not open connection to host on port 25: Connect failed
The Remote domains have Reverse Lookup?
