Title: Access 2000 access to Exchange
I have a Contacts Public Folder that I need to get to for some bulk editing. I know that I can attach to this with Access 2000 but the main thing that I need to get to is the User Field 1-4, which Access does not pull in. Do any of you know how I can get

Would
I use the dsexport utility from the SDK?
Looking at Q185018 it looks like I would need to make a PFlist.csv file
to tell it what I wanted to get out of the folder. Once I get it out and
massage the items that I need how would I put it back?
Sorry

When
you do the export, it should only be a copy, so that data will still be there,
no need to 'put anything back'
Hope
you are feeling better. Go home and have some chicken soup!

back into that folder, and then just move it into your public folder. Sorry, did
not realise this was a clean up mission!

Unfortunately yes and a rather nasty little one at that. Thanks for
the help.
Should
I do the dsexport when no one is around?

Better
yet, change the permissions on the folder while you do the exports, and ask
people not to use it for a few minutes.
Good
luck
