We're currently running Exchange 2003 and I hope to be upgrading to Exchange
2010 in a few months time.
Right now we use Sunbelt's Vipre for Exchange. The attachment blocking and
Cloudmark antispam work great, the antivirus I'm a bit less keen on as it seems
to be resource heavy.

You might want to check the new owners products. I installed "GFI mail
defense suite" on a 140 user Exchange 2007 and it is lightweight and working
well.

spam/av solution. It seems to do the job and is cost effective for us.
