E2010 post migration name change

Moving a customer from the "old-as-dirt" <@MBS> Exchange 2003 to 2010. After the migration, they want to rename their Exchange org. How big a deal is that? I really don't want to do it before the migration since we're migrating mailboxes over the wire, 'n stuff... Shook
