I have been asked to look into setting HTML as the default email format on
our Exchange 5.5 SP4 set up.
1) is this a good idea? I though I had heard somewhere that this was more
prone to virus attack.
2) How do you set it if it is a good idea?

Is there any way to force all messages to be html? When I start a
message in outlook, it is html, but when I reply or forward, it is not.
I am using Exch2k SP2 and Outlook 2000 SR-1
