I developed a strange problem that Server often presented Event
C:\winnt\system32\idq.dll 121,104kb ver 5.0.2195.2495
C:\WINNT\System32\cisvc.exe, the service set to Manual and No Start
I had read more text related Event ID 7031, but can't resolve,
Please Advice me...

Hi,
I'm running Exchange 2000 Sp1 on a Win2000 Std. server sp2.
After applying Sp1 on Exchange 2000 i get this error all most once a day
