Have you installed a Macro that wipes out all of your text when you send a

Why not just give them a new SMTP address on their existing mailbox and set
it as the reply address on the Exchange

all. As long as the client hasnt been configured with
the new mailbox. You would need to delete the new mailboxes and then add
the new email addresses to the old mailbox and set as the primary address. Then
