My concern would be that when you shut off your 2003 PF server that PFs "just
stop working".

If I run a Best Practise Analyzer Healthcheck the one thing it d
t entirely clear on is this 4004 is "something bad" or just a
warning that something is less than optimal.

In the 2003 server(s) you'll find an InformationStore object underneath the
server object.
