In
Exchange you can create address list by going to the Exchange System Manager,
recipients, All Address list, right click on All address list (and/or global)
and point to new address list, follow the wizard and choose your
criteria.

as the

Bummer - there was a posting about this a few weeks back. I think they were
bumping it to PSS as it seems to happen for everyone. Maybe it's in the XP

list.
