In Outlook 2007 through 2013 you can forward a message as an attachment by pressing Ctrl-Alt-F with that message selected or opened. Outlook 2010 and 2013 also have buttons in the ribbon for that functionality. In Exchange 2007 Outlook Web Access you can do the drag and drop trick into a new
