We use the Desktop Messaging but not the Fax. I assume you are using a Nortel switch.
I know that the basic software includes licensing for two users for the Messaging,
but I am not certain about the Fax. You might consider testing it with the two

Thanks Chris. It is a Nortel switch but I think the software for the faxing
side of it is not ready for prime time. Seems Nortel doesn't even have a
clear handle on how it works.
