We used QMM about a year ago for an Active Directory migration and it didnt
go well at all and on the last day of the engagement, the Quest engineer we
had been working with said he and another engagement and left us high and
dry.
I won't ever use the product again..

If you're doing a vanilla migration (2K3-to-2K10 within the same domain then
the tools MS provide combined with the wealth of resource documentation,
then no, you don't need anyone's add-on tools.
