Um, I'm not sure that I understand your answer -- or that you understood my
question.
Where are the messages RECEIVED to? Are you using the store on the Exchange
server? or are your users

Suggest having the sender leave their Outlook open when they are trying to send this message. Sometimes it will work with Outlook closed but most of the time it will not. In my experience as an Exchange Admin that is:)
