I am running Win7 64-bit and IE 64-bit at home and can connect to OWA just fine
(computer not in work domain). Our Xch environment is same level as you
mentioned.
Can they reach OWA without first connecting to the VPN?
I go straight to our OWA page without first connecting to our network,
One thing I have found that will solve weird problems with a machine below
professional when connecting with a domain is to change the workgroup name to
the name of your domain.
Is OWA access allowed outside of your network? If so, can the user connect
successfully to OWA without the VPN
As far as connecting to anything exchange, no 64bit clients. No Outlook64 and
no IE64.
