Sounds
like you are doing a migration, not an upgrade. We are in the process of
migrating everything from the 5.5 box to a new W2k/E2k box and our 5.5 server is
on SP4 and I have not had any problems thus far. Perhaps the SP3
requirement
to run the Active Directory Connector, you need
Exchange 5.5 SP3 or higher due to the schema changes.
