Last time this came around there were several companies that I had to
have get new domain names and IP addresses. because of the spam level.
One of them installed smtp zombies on the workstations

looking for people to join the DO NOT Call List. Anybody seen this one?

The National Do Not Call Registry is legitimate,
http://www.donotcall.gov - it's funded by the Do-Not-Cal Improvement Act
of 2007; however as far as I know this is the first I have heard of the
Fed soliciting for it.
