I think last time we agreed the PAM docu isn't really on-par with its impl.
However, this certainly is an Exim regression; the same library/setup
whatsoever works with 4.94.2, but crashes with 4.95.

Thanks for the stack dump. It looks like the pam library is calling free
on o pointer that was not malloc'd; possibly something the exim code thinks
it owns, or possibly a plain bug in the pam library.

It's the Received headers, like it says in RFC 6531.
What you put in the logs is up to you. Since they never leave the system where
