I had 'auth_relay_host = *' defined in my Exim 4.43 and 4.54 config, without
any error, but it seems to be no longer used in 4.xx.
What, if anything, replaced 'auth_relay_hosts' in 4.xx?

Eximstats 1.44 is now available.
