Are using a smarthost to DKIM sign outgoing emails which works very
well, it would be nice to have the address_reply to use a smarthost for
signing, not sure how to set up this, if possible, any ideas?

Is it possible you are forwarding a message with an empty return_path
(a bounce) ?
If that's the int
will try to put this in and monitor it.

There's two possible places for that log line to be generated.
It'd help a lot to know which; I feel a little tweak coming on.

Had this funny issue earlier
bad memory allocation requested (2147483632 bytes) at string_catn 1167
using 4.94.2 the problem was gone and the mail was delivered.

Hi
it happened on several servers all with less than 100mb emails (some as
small as 1mb or less) no high traffic, no swapping on disk so not a
running out of memory problem, exim -M msg-id replicates problem (tried
many times with messages in queue), moving back to 4.94.2 and problem
just got this back
The response was:
The certificate is not valid according to the STS policy

I see an issue

I've got same issue and the recommended change doesn't solve my issues
unfortunately. Rollback to 4.93 solves the problem.
