JBuilder from Borland, they have a free personal
netbeans (www.netbeans.org) is a good open-source java ide. Sun repackages it as
their Forte for Java.

I don't know what you define as good, but you can use Borland's JBuilder
for Linux. Works like the Windows version as it's Java based itself.
