Wow! this sounds really awesome. I'm almost tempted to try it,
although...I've got my current install running so nicely that I hate to
disturb it. How much HDD space would a developer install take up?

I'm pretty sure that fr.rpmfind.net (or something similar to that) has it. I

Same old story. :(
I can download the beta (not as an iso), but have no idea how to divide it into
two iso images for an install.
Isn't this documented *anywhere*?

This is what I mean by "upgradeitis" - if it ain't broke, don't fix
probably I've missed something earlier in this thread but...there are two ISO
images in that directory. A installation and an extension ISO image. Why
would you need to divide one of them in two?

There are iso images out there (I found one that I just posted).
But also there is the beta directory with all the files on it. You can also
find cooker directories out there. If you download the cooker directory, you'll
get all the files that go in the distribution. Only trouble is, that directo
Oh, cool. I didn't know that there was necessarily a 1 to 1 relationship
between the files in cooker and the beta's of the distro. SO I can browse the
cooker archive to see exactly which versions of everything are in the beta.
Neat.

I found the ISO's here:

yes, that's all good, but does anyone know yet how BIG the installation

Exactly, but I do have more than one machine, and the machine I'm
