Todd, thanks for the reply, but no dice. I've tried numerous variations, but
for the most part cdrecord -scanbus just hangs. My current modules.conf
looks something like:
probeall scsi_hostadapter usb-storage
probeall usb-interface usb-uhci
probeall /dev/sg scsi_mod sg
alias /dev/sg* /dev/sg
Has anyone managed to get a USB (1.1) cd-rw working with Mandrake?
I have an Acer (6424, I think--6x4x24 anyhow) and I can _read_ CDs from it,
just fine. However, cdrecord -scanbus hangs (with usb-uhci) or (with uhci)
