I've been using Galeon, and shockwave seems to work fine with it -

The problem MAY have been only with the one website
(http://www.activision.com/games/wolfenstein/home.html) and, for some reason,
only on my laptop. I just found that on my desktop, with the same Mandrake
installed (8.1) it works fine. On my laptop, however, up pops the download

installed. If I open up kcontrol - file browsing - file association -

konqueror. Try going to www.macromedia.com, if you look in the top right
corner it should say, if you have flash and still see this then click
