I'm curious how you got this to work..
I've gone from a mechanical kvm switch (where I had to do the
ctrl-alt-f1 thing) to an electronic one that is supposed to spoof
the box into thinking a PS2 is connected. The problem is. I can't
get it to recognize a wheel mouse. On the mechanical one

in linux. My switch is suppoesed to do the make
belive the mouse is still there thing as well for it
is also an electronic one, but in linux it wont work.
Windows, however, has no complain about it. I really

What version of Mandrake are you using? I have this problem with 8.0 but not
7.2 (and not SuSE 7.3) My solution is to switch to a non graphical console
before using the switch (i.e. Ctrl-Alt-F1). Then whenI switch back to
