Well, you could go to the kde control center, look under the sound tab
and then the bell page and turn off the bell sounds. However, you would
not have a warning that lets you know when you do something wrong or at
least something the system does not understand. Better to get proficient

i have configured the soundcard on my notebook. It works fine !
But now it nerves me that every wrong keyboard input produces a DING
...when i press Backspace on a empty command-line DING
how can i turn of this DING on every little move without disabeling the
sound ?
