[Factor-talk] Symlinks

It appears that Factor isn't able to detect file modifications (using "refresh-all") for files that are contained in a directory through a symlink. To reproduce: 1) Make a directory "my-vocab", with a "my-vocab.factor" file. 2) Make a symlink from inside of "work" to that directory. 3) Confirm
