Check what the GID of the vboxusers group is. Suppose it's 501, then add the line none /sys/bus/usb/drivers usbfs devgid=501,devmode=664 0 0 to /etc/fstab and reboot. (You also need to be a member of the vboxusers group, which you've already done.) There's no need to create a new group.
