My rescue group's Director is in NO now - I will talk to her about this when she gets back in the next day or two - from what I understood from her last trip (January) there was not much to do at this point but TNR.  I know she took a whole trailer of food down in Jan. and a van load this trip.  ca

We just got an email on my local rescue list saying there are still thousands of animals there needing to be fed and very few volunteers.  They were begging people to come down.  Evidently the major rescues have left.   Do you know anything about that?  And if we can't go down, what can we do at
