It never was while he was alive, my vet found after he passed that he
had a pancreatic tumor, and that's when we put two and two together.
The unease when feeding, the lethargy, diarrhea, his symptoms were
pretty mild. Even the ultra sound didn't show any problems with his
pancreas

1. Go to a veterinary dentist rather than a regular vet. They are more
specialized.
2. Try one of the intensive immune supports that have seemed to help other
kinds of immune problems in positive cats, like Immuno-Regulin or

cats with pancreatitis will not eat because they have immediate pain
when eating? This is what Bailey unknown to us at the time had, he ate
but it was apparent he was very uncomfortable while eating and after,

Metacam, can cause serious kidney damage, I'd have his kidney's
checked right away if he has lost so much weight. Cats with kidney
problems are notorious for not wanting to eat.
