Have the scan dual 11 am very satisfied with it but also have a problem with the computer recegnizing the scanner. The only way that it will start up is by turning it on and then dicconnecting the USB cable, and then reconnecting it. or turning on the scanner before booting up the comp. Dave

I have a Scan Dual II and love it - but - I cannot get it to install on one of my computers but did ok on the other one. I haven't tried calling Minolta yet. I have seen one other email from someone who had the same problem!
