I know of no automated way to set up cross-staff notation. It requires a manual combination of the Stem Reversal and Beam Adjustment tools in Special Tools. Your problems with 16ths may be the result of not using the Stem Reversal tool as needed. However, if you have fairly repetitive sequences o
