Is there a way to have a staff style only active on one layer? It would
be SO much faster and easier to have slash style notation on layer 1,

Thanks, Michael, that worked. But I still don't get why 1) the plug-in
installs from the cd but doesn't show up and 2) where the plug-in lives
on the cd.
