I am using 10.2.4 on my PowerBook, and have not tried to run OMS or FreeMIDI under Classic on this version of the OS, but have used it with "Internal Speaker Playback." This method works only barely. There are apparent clock problems. Any passages with smaller values than sixteenth notes might p

Repartitioning isn't as bad as it sounds, if done carefully. I'd suggest a copy of "System Commander" to facilitate multiple OS boots, and be sure to use only FAT partitioning instead of NTFS for both partitions.
