You can check inside slurs in articulation designer for practically all
articulation except marcato signs.
But you need still some manual adjustements...

Dear Listers:
Thanks a lot for your help with the mass articulation moving. However, now
I have a question regarding the interaction of articulations and slurs.

Acrobat Reader has some functions to mark up PDFs for correction. I assume
these can be enabled only using Acrobat. Does anyone know of a way to enable
them when using Ghostscript to distill PDFs?

I think your best bet would be to send samples of such misbehaving slurs,
with clear instructions on how to reproduce them to Coda. At least it may
get fixed in a future release.

Yesterday I purchased a pair of Audio Technica condensor mikes and an Alto 6

To fix the problem I simply reloaded the font annotation folder from the
finale disc and made sure it was in the right place (inside the finale
folder). Before I did this, the peaks of the slurs were way higher than
they should have been ( though the tips were in the correct locations),

What exactly did you do to fix the problem? I've had occasional (maybe 5%

Even so, the slurs only misbehave at some magnifications (usually 100%) and
not at others (like the ones I edit on-screen at). I've always assumed
Is there a method of inserting measures AFTER the current measure?
I can't quite believe that the only method for inserting new measures
is to insert the new measure/s in front of the highlighted measure and
that the time signature can't be set for the new measure as it is

You've (all) identified the problem: I have been fiddling with my font

everything (apart from the slurs) looked fine. All is now in order and
the slurs have gone back to normal...thanks!

Linda,
I have been getting exactly the same. In fact the sanskrit writing

music font of the file) has appeared for many versions back. It seems
to appear when I have been in and out of playbacks and edits. I just do

The file size of the Finale viewer is about 4.77MB. Make sure yours is that
size.
Hope This Helps,

Is this happening with all/most slurs, or just with a few? If you see many
slurs misbehaving it is like

This sounds like you changed default music font to one without a font
annotation file. Could that be?
That sometimes happend to me, when I had 'avoid collisions with acidentials'
checked in the slur settings. But this only happends sometimes, not all the
time.
