I too would opt for the joystick port, for all the same reasons as Noel
mentioned; also of consideration, when using a USB connection (MidiMan gear,
Roland UM-1 etc.) there tends to be a delay in the reaction time to hear the
sounds as entered from the midi keyboard. i.e. play a note on t
