Is there any way I can have a dashed hook length (the one normally used
after the 8va/8vb dashed line)?
Finale seems to provide and edit only a non-dashed hook, while one can edit
the dashed horizontal line, in the Smart Shape Options dialog box.

I've created a pedal marking with illustrator, saved it in tiff and eps,
imported the file within the Shape Designer in the Expression Tool, using
the Graphics tool for importing the image format.
The image is a horizontal line with special bended edges I've designed and
want to use for pedal

I've been in contact with coda to, but with no more answers that you have
all ready. I then phoned and spoke to a Sibelius technical operator in UK
and described him the problem, so he told me that a possible solution could
consist in saving Finale files
I'm sorry, I've been writing k3 and k4 instead of 2k3 and 2k4.
Wonder if the k3 had EPS support...

I've got a problem to, with Fin 2k4 and HP printer.
I've got two printers connected to my Mac: an Epson Aculaser C4000 and an HP
Desinjet 120. When I print to the Epson printer, there's no problem, but
when I select the HP printer, Finale crashes telling me a not better
specified error has

Illustrator graphics export running Fin 2004 on Mac OS X
Does anybody know's what the situation actually is? Are there any realeases

extended over a rest, but it's the last note in 3/8 time with other rests
before it, and I don't want it beamed within the previous group. In the
