A lot depends on what Apple 'll be shipping this summer. I've just purchased a 1.8 Dual G5 and had to wait a little for it; there where many 2.0 Dual in stock, but I saved 40% on cost loosing just the 20% on speed, wich I don't ever fully need. In any case, you'll have to evaluate just before ordering this summer; many things will probably change... and related expenses to. Above all, Mac OS X is really surprising! In a very positive way!
