[Finale] Basic Finale

Hello, I've just purchased a midi keyboard and tried to use finale's hyperscribe. But when I tried to transcribe by playing, the notes appeared in thirds when I actually played separately one after another. Is there anything I could do to avoid this problem? Thanks Jonathan ___
