There is no easy way, if you want to delete page 1, without going
through each page-view text block and changing the single page setting
for it to appear on.
Can't you leave things as they are, simply add a page-number offset so
that the pages print with two apparent pages 1, and then throw out

Is there a way to simply remove a page? I'm preparing some teaching
materials that have extensive text blocks and I need to simply delete the
first page. I can't find how this might be done without messing everything
else up.
