that in other programs the text was actually hidden (i.e. invisible)
onscreen, so I hadn't checked into it in Fin2004.

of full black makes for an easier-to-read score on screen.

Alto recorder sounds at written pitch, so it is going to sound the same
But I've just noticed something about Fin2004 -- there doesn't appear to
be any way to make the text non-printing! In Fin2003, it was a
check-box in the Expression definition dialog, but it's missing
in Fin2004!

fact is that alto recorder is SOMETIMES notated at written pitch,
with the lowest sounding note the F above
