For me, the file loads and runs perfectly under winfin2k4b and Windows 2000.
Including the procedure described below that (reliably) produces the error.

Ctrl-click the measure while in speedy entry. This brings up the Edit Frame
box. Perhaps there's a setting in there that looks funny. It's still a bug,
as nothing in it *should cause a crash, but it might help to narrow the
possibilities.

I did as you said and with Fin2003, it didn't crash my machine, neither
did it crash my machine with Fin2004. I'm running Win98se with 1GBram.

It opens perfectly OK i FinMac2K4 and doesn't crash on going to m 452.
