Another option not suggested so far would be to define all of your instruments as transposing (down a semitone though i.e. 415 but not 410 or any other intermediate pitch), viewing them at concert pitch. Of course, you will have to correct the extracted parts individually. However, since synthesi

I have to notate a piece which has 10 different percussion instruments which never play simultaneously. I would like to make a single stave for all percussion instruments (not a single stave for each instrument), however I would need a different number of staff lines for some of the instruments.
