Don- they usually show up when the material changes layers. If it was
your file this would not be the case. The only way I know to delete
them is to have lyricsedit word extensions selected, highlight the
handle at the very end of the line and hit delete. This might be

Solved with the Update smart word extensions and hyphens feature
in the *utilities menu*! A feature I was unaware of, (new since 2006,
I guess) that seems totally worthy of membership somewhere in the
Lyrics menu. Or so one would think. - DH

Thanks, JB. A local cohort pointed out the utilities menu item that
fixed this. Were you not aware of that feature either?
I was going after the problem similarly to how you suggested. The
frustrating thing was I couldn't get any handles to show up.

it's 3 but Im not certain) and un-check playback
This is how it works in WinFin2006 - it must be something similar in later
versions?
