[Finale] wrong turn

OK now I've done it. While attempting to correct total strangeness coming from Finale through my midi keyboard, I seem to have disconnected it altogether so that I cannot do input from the midi keyboard. I desperately need to: 1. reconnect so that I can use my keyboard for input, and 2.

Can you be more vague about the keyboard? Did you mess up the settings in audio/midi? Does it work for other programs like GarageBand? You have to start with a correct setting in audio/midi (which is a os x utility) then set it up in finale. Sent from my iSomething -- Eric Dannewitz Musician/Pol

Thanks to you and Chuck for the replies! My OSX and my Finale version both are current. As is my Oxygen8 driver, where the installer solved my worries about not finding the OMS folder mentioned in the manual I found. Already Chuck’s reply had me look for more options. There are so many that I p

This is really weird! I have NEVER had the numeric keypad stop working on me before, but it just started behaving just as you said, refusing to recognise key presses! A reboot of the computer solved it, but man, I was weirded out for a minute there! Ghosts, or something, I guess. Make sure you
