When I look at the info for my Maestro Default File, the "Hide Extension" flag
is greyed-out, but not set: I think this means that the file simply doesn't
have an extension. I'd try omitting the extension.

TgTools Custom Chords Styles plugin (DO,RE,MI,etc) does not work in
Finale 2011 (Windows).
Is there any workaround?
