I mounted my iMac system and installing Finale can not get the Aria Player
works. I went to install the Garritan package and neither works. Any ideas?

All you have to do is set your time signature to 3+3+3+3+2/8 (using a
composite time sig -- put the entire numerator in the first box rather
than one digit in each) and then set the time sig to display as 7/4.
If you have music already entered, you can rebeam the music to this
composite sig.

With my installation of Finale2012 on my Windows 8.1 computer the Open
dialog always goes back to the most recently opened folder unless I quit
Finale and restart it.
How do you have your preferences set for the default music folder?
I don't know if that would help at all.
